Monthly Cleaning

-Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach or extension* (wiped and/or dusted)

-Light fixtures with 2-step ladder reach (wiped/dusted in place/not removed)

-Cobwebs removed with extensions throughout walls

-Blinds and/or shutters (wiped and/or dusted – not washed)

-Baseboards (wiped and/or dusted – reachable w/o moving furniture)

-Window sills and Ledges (wiped and/or dusted)

-Pictures and/or knick-knacks (dusted)

-Uncluttered shelves within 2-step ladder reach (wiped and/or dusted)

-Furniture (wiped/dusted all around)

-All doors and frames (wiped/dusted)

-Light switch plates (wiped)

-All siks (scrubbed and disinfected)

-Mirrors (cleaned)

-Waste baskets (emptied/relined)

-Beds made (sheets must be left on top of bed)

-Stairs (vacuumed)

-Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped)

-Dusting from top to bottom

-Top of refrigerator (wiped – only if accessible)

-Outside of appliances – inside of microwave

-Stovetops (scrubbed – depending of finish)

-Kitchen and Bathroom cabinet fronts (hand wiped)

-Counter tops and backsplashes (hand washed)

-Garbage can exteriors wipe down and disinfected

-Dusted from top to bottom

-Tub/shower and tiles (hand scrubbed for buildup)

-Remove scale/scum/building off fixtures

-Clean and sanitize around toilet base

-Clean and sanitize garbage can
